Brew great beer at home
The recipe kit is for you who already have a brewing kit or other brewing equipment at home. You will learn how to brew good beer from scratch with real malt, hops, yeast and water. The recipe kit is 10 liters and gives 25-30 33cl beers.

Crooked Moon Brewing MOON NEIPA 6%
MOON. Fruity taste and aroma with hints of vanilla, honeydew melon & faint caramel. The beer is dry-hopped for a lovely aroma.

The recipe kit contains:
- Malt: Pale ale, Flaked oats and wheat
- Hops: Huell melon, Simcoe & Mosaic.
- Dry hops: Yes
- Yeast: London Haze (Brewly)
- Clarifier: No
- Capsules: 40 pcs
- Instructions
- Lactic acid for pH -adjustment
Contains barley & oat malt.

How long does it take?
The brewing itself takes about 4 hours. Then the beer must ferment for 2 weeks, then it is bottled and bottle fermented for another 2 weeks. A total of 4 weeks, then the beer is ready to be enjoyed!

What do I need to have at home?
10-15 liter saucepan, 3 liter pot, ladle, oven rack/strainer, deciliter measure, sugar, brown empty bottles. Home brewery's brewing kit or equivalent.
